The flex area thickness is 0.1mm with 1oz copper thickness. The colour of silkcreen is white.

Product Feature And Application

We supply 2 to 40 layers PCB with the surface process: Immersion Tin ;Immersion Gold; Immersion Silver; HASL; Gold Finger; OSP Surface Treatment, and so on.

The above boards’ surface treatment is immerson gold. The colour of cover film is yellow, but you can see the board also has black cover, as the EMI is needed on this board. For the dense PADs, we use yellow solder mask, instead of amber coverlay.

Why X-PCB?
