X-PCB’s product cover from common FR4 boards, high TG FR4 boards to microvia, plugged via holes, peelable mask, metal backed boards, and rigid-flex pcb. Some of our capability: max board size of rigid-flex pcb is 500mm*1000mm; min thickness of FPC is 0.1mm; Inner Layer Registration Tolerance is ±2mil, etc.

This pwb is 2L board, which seems very simple. Its line is little and holes are large (the min drill bit size is 3mm). The outer and inner copper thickness is 0.3oz.

A printed wiring board (PWB) mechanically supports and electrically connects electronic components or electrical components using conductive tracks, pads and other features etched from one or more sheet layers of copper laminated onto and/or between sheet layers of a non-conductive substrate. Components are generally soldered onto the PCB to both electrically connect and mechanically fasten them to it.

This board’s surface finishing is immersion AU with 1u”. It is used on automotive. This pcb has carbon, and has very strict tolerance control. Green soder mask are used on it without silkscreen.
