Product Feature And Application
The type of Air Gap Structure uses two single-sided flex circuits and multilayer FPC boards and applies pre-punched dynamic area adhesive in between to achieve high-flexible demand. It must pass through the process of CNC and plated through hole in advance to conduct the circuits on both sides then cover each single-sided flex circuits with a protective layer after the circuits were formed. It is able to design circuits on both sides and carry out plug-in and out, contact, lamination and soldering.
Just like with inner layer AOI the imaged and etched panel is scanned to make sure that the circuitry meets design and that it is free from defects. Again no repair of open circuits are allowed under PCBWay demands.
This 4 layer flexible rigid pwb also has the airgap structure,which will have good bend performance. Its application is consumer electronics. It’s a 10-up panel drawing.
