X-PCB has been manufaturing pcbs for over 13 years, especially good at prototypes and small volume and rigid-flex pcb.Single sided or double sided pcbs can be produced within 24 Hours at the soonest. These pcb are double-sided FPC with 0.3mm overall board thickness. The silkscreen is white. Considering the material utilization, we suggest 4-up array.

Product Feature And Application

Strict control of the thickness of the dielectric layer can reduce the expected value deviation of the the electrical performance. If you don’t strictly conrol the thickness of the dielectric layer,electrical performance may not meet requirements, the same batch of components will have a quite difference in the output and performance.

The base PI thickess is 20um. The base copper thickness is 12um. The adhensive is 25um. The black cover film is 12.5mm. PI stiffener is used on the boars. The AU thickness at finger is 20u”.

FAQ

● Q: Will the boards be tested before shipment?

A: Yes, all PCBs will be tested by Flying Probe or E-test. For PCBA, we will have AOI, X-ray, and functional test

● Q: Does X-PCB bevel gold fingers?

A: Yes. A standard 45-degree bevel, also bevel at 15 or 30 degrees upon request. For multi-layer board, please ensure there is adequate back set for the bevels.

● Q: Can I get a sample?

A: Yes, It’s reasonable to get a sample to test our quality at first.

● Q: What files should we offer?

A: Please provide Gerber File and manufacturing specifications.
