This board is 2 layer high frequency pcb with Rogers material. The min drill bite size is 0.3mm. Some of frequency pcb don’t do the surface treatment, but some do,like this board, its surface finishing is ENIG.

Satellite system, mobile telephone receiving base station and so on, these communication products must use high frequency PCB.

The material of this board is Rogers. The board thickness is 1.6mm with 1OZ copper weight. The min line width and gap are 5mil. The board is used on Server for communication electronics. The difficulty for this baord is the strict tolerance control of trace width and gap.
