HDI boards, one of the fastest growing technologies in PCBs, are now available at X-PCB. HDI Boards contain blind and/ orburied vias and often contain microvias of. 006 or less indiameter.
For the dense pad, we use solder mask (here is black soder mask) to produce, instead of cover lay. The yellow cover film and white silkscreen are used on this board. It is used on Consumer Electronics.
