The above PCBs are used on industrial contol. It is a 4-layer pcb.Its board thickness is 1.6mm, and copper weight is 35um. The distance between PADs are too dense to use yellow cover film, so we use yellow solder mask. The customer specify the white silkscreen.

Product Feature And Application
Their line is very dense. For multilayer FPC, if you need good bending performance, it is better to use air-gap design. At the finger area, FPC usually uses PI stiffener, but some customer likes to use FR4 stiffener, so when you see the finger stiffener is FR4 in customer’s Gerber file, it is better to doube check with customer. The FR4 stiffner is used at the bottom of PADs, which needs to be assembled.
