The above board is 8L pcb.Its board thickness is 1.6mm. The outer copper weight and inner copper weight are 1oz. As the picture shows, the solder mask is green and the silkscreen is white, which are very common colour.

Product Feature And Application
The common treatments have hot air leveling (HASL), organic coating (OSP), electroless nickel/immersion AU(ENIG), immersion silver and immersion tin. Surface treatment choice depends on the type of final assembly of components; surface treatment will affect the PCB production, assembly and final use. So when do a product, choosing suitable surface treatment is much more important. This board’s surface treatment is ENIG.
When the engineer design the pcb panel,in order to be convenient for production, it is better to pay attention to the below three considerations
1. Frame of PCB panel should use the design of closed loop, to ensure that PCB will not be deformed after fixing on fixture.
2. The width of pcb panel, for SIEMENS line, should be not more than 260mm; for FUJI line, should be not more than 300mm. If it needs automatic dispensing, width *length should be not more than 125mm*180mm.
3. The shape of PCB panel try to close to square shape. We recommend using the panel of 2*2 and 3*3.
This board use half hole design. The min hole size is 0.15mm, which we can make it. It is used on automobile. The difficulty for this half hole board is 10: 1 Aspect Ratio.
