This 6L board can be produced within 48H. Its overall board thickness is 1.6mm. The inner copper thickness is Hoz, and the outer copper thickness is 1oz. It uses green solder mask and white silkscreen.

Product Feature And Application
For multilayer pcb,when designing board’s thickness, PP thickness should be considered. Common PP’s thickness is better choice, as the common PP usually was in stock and cheap. Anyway, the customers could define the prepreg thickness and type in fabrication spec. If we do not have prepreg with required thickness or types, we will make very small change(by Engineering Query) to meet the layer stack-up.
Since all current solders are tin-based, so the tin layer can be matched with any type of solder phase. From this point of view, immersion tin process extremely has development prospects. But previous PCB appears tin whisker after immersion tin process. Migration of tin whisker and tin bring reliability problems in the welding. So the use of immersion tin process is limited. Later, immersion tin solution was added to the organic additives, which make tin layer structure granular structure, to overcome the previous problems, but also has good thermal stability and weldability.
The min drill bit size is 0.25mm.The min line width/space is 0.1mm. Immersion AU is this board’s surface finishing. It is used on industrial control.
