This pcb is a multilayer FPC with 4 layer. Its surface treatment is ENIG. We use FCCL material to fabricate this board. The min line width is 3mil. The min line gap is 0.1mm. The yellow cover lay and white silkcreen are used on this board.

The above board has a sprcial design with airgap. With airgap, the multilayer FPC can have a good bending performance. The base PI is 50um with 12um copper weight. The adhesive is 25um. The plating copper is 20um.It is used on Industrial Control. The SUS and PI stifferner are needed on this board. For this board, when we design the panel drawing, we will use 4-up array. The board also uses the EMI shield.
