The above two PCBs are simple FPC: the first one has impedance matching, and the second one’s line width is 0.1mm. Both boards use amber cover lay without silkscreen. For impedance matching, we usually use the impendence tester equipment to do the test, to see if the impedance can match the required one.

There are numerous software packages available for designing PCBs, too many in fact. It is so hard to choose, but there are three PCB design packages that are the most popular: Altium, Eagle, and OrCad. What suits you is the best, so hope you have used the software that suit you.
Even though the board you are designing is very simple,like the boards we mention here. It board thickness is 0.12mm with Hoz copper weight. Like most other FPC, its surface treatment is ENIG (Electroless Nickel/ Immersion Gold). If the customer doesn’t mention the AU thickness, we usually do the pcb with 1-2u” AU thickness.
