For prototypes, the lead time is very important, as fast lead time can shorten the products’ time to market. The lead time of the pwb we mention here is a 6L board. The finished board thickness is 1.6mm. The customer specifies the green solder mask and white silkscreen.

The min hole size of this board is 0.2mm. The min line space/width is 3mil. The surface finishing is immersion AU. This board is used on X-ray detector. The PADs on this board are very dense. The difficulty for this board is 8mil BGA. The PCB quality is very important, as the printed wiring board carries all the components. As the circuit boards are manufactured, and also after they are complete, we subject them to strict tests and checks: E-Test，Flying probe test，AOI Test (Automated Optical Inspection), X-ray, Camera Controlled Drilling.

Boards are wrapped using materials that comply with the X-PCB Packaging demands (ESD etcetera) and then boxed prior to be being shipped using the requested mode of transport.
