This board is a 8L board with large BGA and gold fingers. The board thickness is 1.2mm. According to our customer’s requirement, all the copper is Hoz. For the above prototype, the lead time is 5 days. If it doesn’t have gold finger, the lead time can be reduced to 4 days, as plating gold fingers really needs much time.

Product Feature And Application
This board min mechanical drill bit size is 0.15mm, which we can do it. The min line width/gap is 0.075mm, which is not easy to control. The surface finishing is ENIG with 3u”, and AU at gold fingers is 20u”. If the customer doesn’t mention the AU thickness, we usually do the AU thickness with 1U”, so if you need thicker AU, pls kindly specify it. This board is used on router.
