The two pcbs use black cover film and white silkscreen. Their copper weight is 1oz. The board thickness is 0.15mm. For the long FPC,controlling the expansion and shrinkage is very important. The surface finishing is immersion AU.

For this two-sided FPC, maybe it seems very simple,but for prototype we also use flying probe tester to check the integrity of the tracks and the through hole interconnections, to ensure there are no open circuits or no short circuits on the finished board;for mass production, we use test fixture. We electrically test every PCB against the original board data. Using a flying probe tester and test fixture,we check each net to ensure that it is complete (no open circuits) and does not short to any other net.
