The surface treatment is ENIG (Electroless Nickel/Immersion Gold). The AU thickness at the finger area is 40u”, and other area is 2u”. The gold finger is much, so it will take much time to plate AU. The SUS stiffener is used at this board. The outline of this board isn’t regular, so we will use laser for profile. For this board, considering the material utilization and shrinkage, we suggest 2-up panel drawing.
