The above board is a 6-layer HDI pcb. We use TG170 FR4 material to fabricate it. The board thickness is 1.6mm with 1OZ copper. For this 6-layer HDI board, we can provide you 5 days lead time.

A printed circuit board (PCB) mechanically supports and electrically connects electronic components or electrical components using conductive tracks, pads and other features etched from one or more sheet layers of copper laminated onto and/or between sheet layers of a non-conductive substrate. Components are generally soldered onto the PCB to both electrically connect and mechanically fasten them to it.

So pcb quality is very important. X-PCB has very strict quality control system. Every board is tested before shippment, no matter it is simple board or complex board. For this HDI board, the min line width is 3mil and min line space is also 3mil, the min hole size is 0.1mm, so many tests are needed: e-test, x-ray, line width/ space test, etc.
