The above board is a 4L multilayer FPC with 0.5mm board thickness. All the copper from inner to outer are 1oz. The min line width is 4mil and the min line gap is 3mil. The min hole is 0.2mm. As the distance between PADs is dense, so besides the black cover film, we also use black solder mask for the dense PADs.
