Product Feature And Application

The surface finishing is ENIG(Electroless Nickel/ Immersion Gold). At first, the customer needs 7-up array, but after our reviewing the Gerber file, considering the material utilization and expansion, we find 4-up array is better, so we advise our customer to change the panel drawing from 7-up to 4-up, and finally our customer accept our suggestion.
