This 6L board is fabricated with FR4 and PI. Its board thickness is 1.6mm with 1oz copper.The Min.hole is 0.2mm that is easier to produce, compared with 0.15mm holes. The picture shown above is a 4-up panel drawing.

Various finishes are then applied to the exposed copper areas. This is to enable protection of the surface and good solderability. The various finishes can include Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold, HASL, Immersion Silver etc. Thicknesses and solderability tests are always carried out.

This pcb’s sureface treatment is ENEPIG.There are several BGAs on this board. We will take extra process if the board has BGA, especially the large BGA in this printed circuit board. The below micro-section will show more detailed info.
