AOI is the inspection of the circuitry against digital “images” to verify that the circuitry matches the design and that it is free from defects. Achieved through scanning of the board and then trained inspectors will verify any anomalies that the scanning process has highlighted. We allows no repair of open circuits.
This board is used on consumer electronics. There is big area whose copper is cross hatched, which can increase the flexibility of the FPC. For prototype, we will use laser to do the profile, but for mass production, we will use the mould to do the outline. Compared with the laser, the mould for profile will have a good apperance on the pcb.
