X-PCB specializes in Flex board, Rigid board, Rigid-flex board for many years. We can process more than 180 different part numbers in one work day, more than 60% of our current orders are multilayer boards. Monthly production capability reaches 30000 square meters. We have a certified quality management system, certified environmental system. All the outgoing boards will be tested by FQC visual test, AOI test and 100% E-test.

This board is a double-sided FPC. The line width and gap are easy to fabricate. The white silkscreen is used on this board. Its surface treatment is immersion AU. The most of FPC’s surface finishing is ENIG.

The base material is PI with 20um thickness.And the base copper is 12um. After plating copper, the finished copper thickness can 30um. We use yellow cover film with 12.5um thickness. At the finger area, we use the PI stiffener according to customer’s request. Almost the entire bottom is used 3M stifferner.
