The above pcb is 6L. The overall board thickness is 2.0mm, which is not very common, compared with 1.6mm board thickness. For multilayer, one of the key processes is lamination. If the lamination isn’t OK, there will lead to delamination, which is deadly for a pcb.

Product Feature And Application

This board is 12-up array with zero distance. When using zero distance for panel, we usually use V-CUT for profile. Our v-cut line width is 0.8mm, so in order to avoid harm the copper line and PAD, the at least 0.4mm distance between copper line/pad and outline is needed, when designing your PCB. The min line width/space is 0.075mm. It is used on industrial control. Black solder mask is usded with white silkcreen.
