This board has 50ohm single-sided impedance matching. The min line width is 0.1mm and min line space is 0.127mm. The PI stiffener is used on gold finger and FR4 stiffener is used at the bottom. The surface finishing is ENIG. The outline is irregular, so for prototype, we use laser to do the profile, and for mass production, we use mould to do the outline.
