This board’s base PI is 50um. It is a double-sided FPC.The overall board thickness is 0.33mm. The copper is 35um. Black cover lay and white silkscreen are used on this board.

Product Feature And Application

The finished surface is immersion AU and gold finger. The gold finger AU thickness is 30u”. The min hole size is 0.254mm. The min line width/space is 0.1mm, which is easy to control. This pcb is long, which need strict exposure technique. At the long side, there are too many fingers, so attention is paid when plating AU.
