This flex pcb board is a 3 layer FPC with EMI shield. The board thickness is 1.0mm. The Min line width is 0.1mm and Min line space is 0.075mm. The material is FCCL.

This board is 3-layer flexible pcb, so the structure is unsymmetrical, which is not easy for the lamination. It is used for industrial control. Considering the expansion and shrinkage, the array is 6-up which is good for production. This board is a prototype, so we use laser for outline, but if this board is bulk production, the molde for outline is needed, as mould is faster for outline.
