This board is a double-sided FPC with FR4 stiffener. The overall board thickness is 1.6mm with 1oz copper. Black cover film and yellow solder mask are usded. The finishing treatment is ENIG. The FR4 stiffener is needed at the bottom.

The PI base of this board is 50um with 18um copper thickness. The thickness of cover film is 12.5um. In order to have good bending performance, this board has air gap design.
