This multilayer board is 4 layer.The board thickness is 0.47mm. The surface treatment is ENIG. The material type is FR4 and FCCL. TH via(size/pad) is 250/504. Product Feature And Application

According to this board’s shape, considering the expansion and shrinkage, we design 5-up array, which is good for production. The min trace width is 0.1mm, and min line space is 0.1mm. The min hole size is 0.2mm. The PI stiffener is used at finger position.
