The min track width/space we can do is 3mil. Min space between track to pad, pad to pad are3 mil (0.076 mm). Our max copper weight is 10oz. Soldermask bridge between solder dam is 4 mil (0.10 mm).

The above board is a 6L pcb with blind and buried holes. The board thickness is 1.0mm. The outer and inner copper weight are both Hoz. Its surface treatment is immersion AU.

When we mention blind hole and buried hole, the min hole size is usually 4mil or 3mil, which can’t be produced with machinery, but made by laser. The hole structure is L1-L2,L5-L6, L2-5L, which is a common structure, relatively speaking. The min line width and space are both 3mil, which need high precision of equipment. Its usage is Banking USB Key. This board has impedance matching, maybe you see its size is small. It use blue solder mask and white silkcreen.

● Q: Can you manufacture my PCBs from a picture file?

A: No, we cannot accept BMP, GIF, TIFF, or JPG pictures as the manufacturing file as these formats are not good for PCB manufacturing. But you can use these files to request a quotation. If you do not have gerber file, you can send us sample to copy it.
