This pcb is a 4 layer flexible rigid pcb with fast lead time, in order to shorten the products’ time to market. It is a 2-up panel drawing.If the panel size is too large, it will be difficult to control the expansion and shrinkage, so when the engineer designs the panel drawing size, he/ she should consider the panel size.

ENEPIG or Electroless Nickel – Electroless Palladium – Immersion Gold is a surface finish for Printed Circuit Boards that has been around for a decade but is only recently coming back into vogue. ENEPIG works well with lead free and conventional eutectic solder alloys (Eutectic means its 63% tin and 37% lead.) ENEPIG is called the “Universal” surface finish as it can be used for all assembly processes.

This multilayer rigid-flex pcb is produced with DuPont FCCL and FR4, and its surface treatment is ENEPIG. The below picture is copper micro-section.

● Q: What files should we offer?

A: Pls kindly provide Gerber File and manufacturing specifications;

● Can I get a sample?

A: Yes, It’s reasonable to get a sample to test our quality at first.

● Q: What is your testing policy and how you control the quality?

A: For sample, usually tested by flying probe; for PCB Volume, usually tested by fixture, this will be more faster. Due to there’s many steps to PCB production, we usually do inspection after every step.
