X-PCB specializes in manufacturing, supplying and exporting of high precision 1 layer, 2layer and multilayer PCB. This board is a double-sided pcb with overall 1.2mm board thickness. Its copper is 1oz. The black solder cover film and white silkcreen are used on it. The surface finishing is immersion AU.

Poor mechanical properties mean that the circuit board can not play the expected performance in the assembled condition, such as: high expansion will lead to delamination, breaking and warping problems. Weaken the electrical characteristics can lead to poor impedance performance. So we always use internationally renowned base material, which can improve the reliability and known performance.

The material of this board is DuPont. This board is long, so it is important to control the expansion and shrinkage. The min line width is 4mil and the min line space is 3mil. The FR4 stiffener is needed at the bottom.
