Weaken the electrical characteristics can lead to poor impedance performance. So we always use internationally renowned base material, which can improve the reliability and known performance.
The material of this board is DuPont. This board is long, so it is important to control the expansion and shrinkage. The min line width is 4mil and the min line space is 3mil. The FR4 stiffener is needed at the bottom.
